Our flower fields in full bloom are the perfect location for an intimate and dreamy outdoor ceremony. As a working specialty cut flower farm, our beautiful and meticulously maintained fields are in peak bloom from the end of July through the end of August. Ceremonies on the farm offer a stress-free alternative for couples looking for a more intimate event. See all Packages and Add-ons below. We believe in price transparency, to make it easier for you to make the best decision for your wedding ceremony. All Ceremony Packages are open-air venues. Micro-Wedding Ceremony Package
Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays - End of July through the first week of September. For groups up to 30 people (additional guests at $25/each; up to 40 people maximum). You will have exclusive and private access to our flower fields for 2 hours for your ceremony and photos. We have a centrally located Pergola with easy-access for guests, but you can choose any location in the garden for your ceremony. We will set up benches for guests at your chosen ceremony location. We will also have tables & chairs set up for you under the lean-to pavilion. You may bring your own hors d’oeuvres / snacks / drinks Price: $2,500 |
Micro-Wedding Ceremony with Florals Package
Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays - End of July through the first week of September. For groups up to 30 people (additional guests at $25/each; up to 40 people maximum). You will have exclusive and private access to our flower fields for 2 hours for your ceremony and photos. We have a centrally located Pergola with easy-access for guests, but you can choose any location in the garden for your ceremony. We will set up benches for guests at your chosen ceremony location. We will also have tables & chairs set up for you under the lean-to pavilion. Floral Package includes 1 large bridal bouquet, 1 boutonniere, 1 large table arrangement, 4 small table arrangements, a small cutting cake or 3 dozen cupcakes, and a champaign/sparkling cider toast. Elopement Ceremony Package
Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays - End of July through the first week of September. For small groups up to 12 people. You will have exclusive and private access to our flower fields for 1 hour for your ceremony and photos. We have a centrally located Pergola with easy-access for guests, but you can choose any location in the garden for your ceremony. We will set up benches for guests at your chosen ceremony location. We will also have tables & chairs set up for you under the lean-to pavilion. Elopement Package includes a small bridal bouquet and a boutonniere. Price: $1,500 |
Add-ons for ceremonY packages on the Farm:
All flowers are fresh from the fields at Owl Forest Farm. We offer Farmer's Choice arrangements, but you decide if you want bright/bold or soft/muted tones, and if you have a preference for certain flowers. While we cannot guarantee any specific flowers, we assure that the arrangements will be naturally stunning.

OUTDOOR EVENT SPACE
We offer our grounds for social and corporate events. This includes small informal gatherings such as birthday parties, baby showers, reunions, and business gatherings.
All Event Packages are for groups up to 30 people (additional guests at $25/each; up to 40 people maximum). All packages are for a 2-hour rental time. Additional time can be reserved at the hourly rate. |
Social & Corporate event packages:
After-hours Package
Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays after 5:30 p.m. Finish by 8:00 p.m. During Peony Season at the end of June, and also Peak Bloom Time from mid-July through the first week of September. You and your guests will have exclusive and private access to our flower fields for 2 hours to socialize, relax, take photos, and pick flowers if you wish. We will have tables & chairs set up for you under the lean-to pavilion. You may bring your own hors d’oeuvres / snacks / drinks, etc. Add on: UPick mason jar at $25/each. If at least 10 mason jars are ordered, cost is $20/each. These must be requested and paid for ahead of time, and the jars and clippers will be set out for you under the pavilion. Add-on: Cupcakes at $50/dozen. Price: $500 |
Weekend Special Package
Saturdays and Sundays DURING scheduled UPick hours. UPick hours are typically determined about one week in advance. During UPick hours, you and your guests will have the lean-to pavilion to yourselves for 2 hours. We will have tables & chairs set-up for you under the lean-to pavillion. You will have access the flower fields to socialize, relax, take photos, and pick flowers if you wish. You may bring your own hors d’oeuvres / snacks / drinks, etc. Add on: UPick mason jar at $25/each. If at least 10 mason jars are ordered, cost is $20/each. These can either be requested and paid for ahead of time, and the jars and clippers will be set out for you under the pavilion OR the number of jars can be tallied ahead of time and purchased by individual guests during UPick. Add on: Cupcakes at $50/dozen. Price: $400 |
Weekend Tea Package
Saturdays and Sundays anytime outside of scheduled UPick hours. End of July through the first week of September. You and your guests will have exclusive and private access to our flower fields for 2 hours. We will have tables & chairs set-up for you under the lean-to pavilion. You may bring your own hors d’oeuvres / snacks / drinks, etc. Included: 2 dozen cupcakes, iced tea and lemonade bottled, and 10 UPick mason jars. Additional jars can be requested for $20/each and must be paid for ahead of time, as the jars and clippers will be set out under the pavilion. Additional Cupcakes at $50/dozen. Price: $1000 |
